Burnett @ Grant Park (Atlanta Ga.)

Completion of a 54 unit apartment building with additional 5 thousand square foot retail component for BHC Property group. Wood and block construction with stucco and brick exterior. Gary Coursey architect and Brand bank funding. Construction funding inspections by Newbanks with Hugh Means as their project Manager.

Vinings at the Chattahoochee (Atlanta Ga.)

Site development for a 300 unit single family and townhome project. All blasting, grading, utilities and site work associated with project. Eberly and Associates (Paul Flippo) civil engineer of record. RBC Centura construction lender.

2 Block (Dekalb County)

A 400 unit apartment site where Moyer Development has a construction management agreement of 1%. Contracted through PB Dunwoody (Mark Pollack) with Merrill Lynch as the lender, Preston Partnership as the architect and Highland Engineering as the civil engineer.

Pointe Place (Dekalb County)

Moyer Development Inc is under contract with Shallowford – Dunwoody LLC for site development and construction management for a 280 unit townhome project for Ryland Homes of Georgia. BSB Design is the architect, Highland Engineering is the civil Engineer and Wachovia is the lender.


West Midtown  Atlanta Ga.

A 340 unit mixed use project with structured parking wrapped by elevated concrete and wood frame construction. Mixed finishes include brick, stucco and siding. It has approximately 15 thousand sqft. of retail and a complete amenity package. MDI is working with Gary Coursey Architects and Eberly & Associates civil design.

Pencil Factory Lofts  Atlanta Ga

A 188 unit mixed use project with podium style construction (elevated concrete slab) over 30 thousand sq feet of retail space with a complete amenity package. Mixed finishes on the include brick stucco and siding. The units are loft style mezzanine on the upper floors.

There are multiple elevator assemblies and three (3) phase power distributed throughout the buildings. Construction above the post tension consists of wood framing, structural steel and some block assembly. The units consist of high end resident finishes.

Post Stratford, located in Atlanta, GA, is a minimal access high density project with underground storm water retention. It has 4 ½ story pre-cast parking deck with masonry fire walls, four story wood construction with multiple elevators, multiple structural steel assemblies, membrane and conventional roofing.
